How we call you

Who's calling

When the phone rings from us, it's one of three things:

• Ryan or the team, calling about a deal, a question, or a follow-up
• A return call because you reached out to us
• An automated assistantworking on Ryan's behalf — usually to make sure your inquiry didn't fall through the cracks, or to check in on an open conversation

The automated assistant identifies itself the moment you ask. If you'd rather talk to Ryan directly, just say so and we'll have him call you back the same day.

Recordings

Calls may be recorded so we can keep notes accurate and follow through on what was discussed. Recordings stay private — we don't share them outside the team.

If you'd rather not be called

Easy. Pick one:

• Reply STOPto any text we've sent you
• Email rcullen@rpgequipment.com with “Do not call” in the subject
• Tell whoever you're talking to — including the assistant — “take me off the list”

Once you're on our do-not-call list, you stay there. No second chances we'll miss.
