This clarifier uses a traditional sedimentation process with coagulants and flocculants. Settled solids are collected via dual tri-arm rakes, sequenced by (2) pneumatic knife gates, and removed via a rotary lobe pump. Bed level automation is automated and adjustable to maximize water retention and minimize the volume of waste material. These units can be configured with onboard in-feed pumps, clean water discharge pumps, or both. The CW2500RPC is a complete, road-legal, portable clarifier.
